These terms govern your use of AccBooks AI. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. The service
AccBooks AI provides a cloud-based accounting platform with AI-assisted capture, classification, reconciliation and reporting. We provide the service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to use AccBooks AI.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to break security controls, no uploading of unlawful content, no resale without a partner agreement.
4. Your data
Your data remains yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the full picture.
5. Fees & cancellation
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
6. Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Live status and incident history are published at /status. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
